We want you to be happy with your purchase! Also some of our units cannot be fully tested at the warehouse (i.e. when built in/hard wired) this allows you time to get it home and test it out!
You get 30 days from the day of purchase to request a return. You must return the unit to the warehouse in the same condition as you took it. You may be eligible for a full refund or exchange for another unit.
1 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY
This is given with units $300 or more. This CPS extended warranty will begin 30 days after purchase date. You will also need to be sure you register that warranty (cpscentral.com) - click the register warranty link or call (800-905-0443) 2, 3 and 4 year extended warranties are also available for purchase.
Pick up information
Things to know before picking up your appliances.
We have a loading dock and hand trucks available for use.
Someone will be there to help you load up. Be prepared to strap the unit into your vehicle yourself.
We have ratchet straps available for purchase. $15 each 16ft strap.
Refrigerators and freezers MUST be transported in an upright position. This is to prevent compressor oil from flowing into the refrigerant lines.
If you choose to lay down your refrigerator or freezer, you will lose the 30 day and 1 year extended warranty. The unit will be a final sale, no return, no warranty.
Sometimes we have plastic and cardboard supplies around the warehouse available if needed.
Pick ups are by appointment only. We try to be available daily and flexible with your requests for days and times.
